CRISIS SUPPORT SERVICES
Oak Tree Counselling is not a crisis service, and we are unable to offer immediate help. If you’re in crisis and need to talk to someone right now, there are many helplines staffed by trained people ready to listen.
These organisations can help you with immediate crisis support:

The Hampshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS)’s website also has some useful advice if you are in crisis.
