What happens next?

 

Introductory call

Once you have submitted your enquiry form one of our team will be in touch to arrange a 20-minute introductory call. This will help us understand more about the support that you are looking for and will provide an opportunity to answer any questions you may have about the counselling service.

 

Initial consultation

If after the Introductory call we feel that we can offer support, we will arrange an initial consultation with the young person who is looking to access counselling sessions. In this session we will explain how counselling may help and the ways in which they may work together with one of our counsellors. This is a great opportunity for the young person to ask any questions and share details of the difficulties that they have been experiencing.  Our offices are based in Central Winchester and further details of how to find us will be sent to you with your confirmation email.

 

The Initial consultation is charged at £65 for a 50-minute session.

 

If at this stage we feel that we are not the right service to help you, we will try to signpost to another organisation or other relevant support.

 

Counselling sessions

If after your initial consultation we feel that we can offer ongoing counselling sessions, we will organise a regular weekly session time for the young person to meet with their counsellor. Sessions are held weekly and take place at the same time and in the same place each week.

Counselling sessions are charged at £65 for each 50-minute session.
