
Our Fees
The charge for a 50-minute initial consultation or counselling session is £65.
Fees are payable in advance of sessions. A payment link will be sent with your appointment confirmation email. We ask that payment is made before attending your sessions.
Sessions cancelled with 48 hours' notice will not be charged. The full fee will be charged for sessions cancelled within 48 hours of your confirmed appointment time.
We ask that you email us at admin@oaktreecounselling.org as soon as possible if for any reason you are not able to attend your session. Full details of terms and conditions will be sent with your appointment confirmation email.

What is the link between Oak Tree Counselling and WYC?

OTC is an initiative of WYC. They are based out of the same office location but operate on different days and are run totally separately.

Is there a waiting list to see a counsellor at OTC?

Not currently. However, this is a question for the Clinical Team who you can email at contact@oaktreecounselling.org

Can a client be on the waiting list for both services?

Yes, as the services operate independently. However, we would not be able to transfer people between waiting lists/services.

How quickly do the Clinical team respond to email enquiries?

Responses are normally within a few days/or the following week. It is worth noting that the service runs on Fridays only.
